ICCEC

ceclogocecshieldThe Church of The Good Shepherd is a parish of the International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Church (ICCEC).

The ICCEC is a part of a movement within the universal church called convergence worship. It is a home for those who are seeking a church whose worship is fully charismatic, fully evangelical, and fully sacramental and liturgical. We are a communion of local congregations made up of people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and nations, who are worshipping and serving the Lord Jesus Christ in various ways and ministries

We are a church that is submitted to the authority of scripture, as interpreted by the continuing witness of the ancient church, and governed by consensus.

Our worship is biblical, liturgical and Spirit filled, ancient and contemporary, holy and joyful. We are committed to advancing God’s kingdom by proclaiming the Gospel to the least, the lost, and the lonely.

The International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Church is not, and has never been, affiliated with the Episcopal Church USA or the Anglican Communion.

Joshua Burke, a member of Church of the Good Shepherd, Chelsea, Alabama, created this beautiful video from a message from the Patriarch, The Most Rev. Craig W. Bates, and photos posted to CECHome’s flickr account.
